Return Eligibility
- All returns must be authorized by our office and completed within 30 days of purchase.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returned goods must be received in good and resalable condition to qualify for credit.

Return Shipping
- Returns resulting from customer error will not be eligible for credit on freight charges (inbound or outbound).
- Customers may arrange their own shipping or use Mentor Solutions’ discounted courier rates, with charges deducted from the credit note.
- Returns due to Mentor Solutions’ error will have both outbound and inbound freight charges credited in full.
Credit Note Process
Credits for returned goods are issued only after items are received and inspected by our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory compliance, select products are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
